Daniel Radcliff had his 21st birthday celebration in Russia. Radcliff, best known for playing Harry Potter in the feature film series based on J. K. Rowling’s book series, turned 21 on July 23 while in St. Petersberg. He’s continuing his party in London, where cameras spotted him on Thursday
